Reactivating Brokers Securities

Reference to the Financial Regulatory Authority Chairman Decision No. (887) for the year 2018 on 26/07/2018 suspending Brokers Securities from performing its licensed activities for thirty days, according to article No. (30) of the Capital Market Law No. (95) For the year 1992 and this is for not removing its attributed violations mentioned in the warning dated on 19/02/2018, Where the decision shall be applied from 20/09/2018 till 19/10/2018.
And According to what was received from FRA; that the company has removed its attributed violations mentioned in the decision above, and the FRA's Chairman agreed that what has been done regarding the company suspension is enough.
So, Brokers Securities will resume its operations starting from Sunday 30/09/2018.
