According to the letter received from the MCDR on 2023/01/30 by the periodical partial redemption (Installment no. 14) for the listed bonds of Egyptian Co. For Securitization The Ninth Issue Tranche B November 2023. The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 158,033,796.84 distributed over 6,853,000 bonds at a par value of EGP 23.0605277751. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 2023/02/01 trading session. This Bond Tranche has been locally rated by MERIS As (AA)، at a fixed annual rate of 12.03% to be paid monthly.
