EGX has established a code of conduct that sets rules and regulations that ensures the dignity of its employees and prevent any conflict of interest between personal and professional relationships.
That code of conduct also includes the guidelines and principles required in dealing with the confidentiality and security of data related to financial securities. It also sets out prohibited activities or misconduct such as soliciting or accepting gifts, gratitude and bribes as well as the employees’ rights.
EGX has organized a workshop for its employees to inform them about their rights and duties as per the code of ethics to avoid any suspicion of any legal conflict of interest in the future.
